I have a cool skin tone, and look great in summer colours, whereas my neighbour has a warm skin tone and looks great in autumn colours.  Whatever your colours, wearing the right colour clothes and make-up make you look and feel great about yourself.

Unlike conventional colour analysis, colour coaching involves asking coaching questions to enable you to grasp the how and why particular colours suit you or are not the best for you. It also works to help you embrace the changes that you’ll make in what you wear, the confidence this will give you and in consciously seeking to influence the impact you generate when wearing those colours that make you look and feel wonderful.

Colour coaching is best done by a qualified Colour Coach, who combines their coaching skills with their knowledge of what to look for. To begin with they will determine your natural hair colour and eye colour and then your skin tone. They then use special coloured fabric known as “drapes” to work out your dominant colour characteristics and then your season. A colour coach can give you detailed advice about colours that are just right for you. This will help you with your wardrobe selection, make-up, and even the colours of your home and the things around you.

Honeysuckle

The Pantone Colour of the Year for 2011 has been launched. It’s a vibrant, feminine, sweet pink known as Honeysuckle and it is already having an impact on us through the fashion world, on the catwalks and in interior design and industry too.

Now, many of us may think of honeysuckle as being the classic cream or yellow flower with heady scents of sweet perfume. 2011 your most colourful and best year yet!!!

On Sunday, at the beautiful venue Eynsham Hall, where Noble Manhattan hold their international coach training programs.
We held our first ever public presentation of “Colour Coaching” it was run by Mandy Ellesmere, the director of colour coaching.

It was supposed to be a simple one hour presentation to a group of about seven or eight people.
It didn’t quite work out that way !!!!

All of the women who were attending the practitioner coach diploma program mobbed the presentation !!!!
Poor Mandy couldn’t get away, they kept her there from 12 noon until nearly 6 PM at night.
The poor girl was exhausted, doing everyone’s colours, their image consultation and giving massive amounts of advice on make up and skin care.
The room that we were holding the presentation in acted like a magnet.
People from all over the venue were attracted to it.

Even many of the men who had travelled from all over the world to attend the normal coaching programme were drawn to the colour coaching, they also had their colours analysis down.
