Q. What exactly is Colour Coaching?
A. Colour Coaching is an exciting new initiative in the coaching world. It is all about empowering individuals to feel great about themselves through projecting the right image to everyone that they meet and in any situation. It is about enhancing our natural beauty through learning what to wear, together with the right colours of clothes, make up, hair and accessories. It’s about showing our clients how to wear their best colours which will make them look and feel fabulous, healthy, vibrant, energetic and more confident.
Q. Do I need any previous experience/qualifications in order to become a Noble Manhattan Colour Coach?
A. No you don’t, because during the 3 day training course we will teach you everything you need to know in order to set up your Colour Coaching Business - from start to finish. You will however need to have a genuine desire and interest in people and in empowering them to look and feel fabulous. You will also be passionate about coaching, nurturing and developing yourself and your clients.
Q. How will I generate an income from Colour Coaching?
A. There are 3 ways that you can generate an income through your Colour Coaching Business:
- Charging a fee for Colour Consultations.
- Making a substantial profit on Skincare and Cosmetics sales.
- Huge potential of gaining new clients who wish to be Life Coached by you (for those qualified in Life/Exec Coaching) or for any other existing business you may have.

Q. Is this a franchise?
A. Absolutely not. This is your own business and you can do as much or as little as you wish with it. We will be here to encourage, guide, help and support you at every stage of your business. We will also provide you with a Licence which will protect you and allow you to represent Noble Manhattan Colour Coaching as well as the Dr Grandel/Arabesque Brand of products.

A. In addition to the 3 full days training with Mandy Ellesmere, you will get everything that you need to set up your Colour Coaching Business as well as an in depth manual, books, DVDs, Kits, access to Member's Area on the website and your Noble Manhattan "Colour Analysis Coach" Qualification. Q. How much does it cost?
A. We have negotiated excellent prices for you for the 3 days Training/Course, Dr Grandel/Arabesque Kit, Colour Analysis Kit and Licence as follows:

Q. Will I have any other ongoing costs?
A. You will need to consider some business costs such as travelling/administration/book keeping and advertising/marketing. Once you have trained with us, for the minimal monthly fee of £20+VAT, (first 3 months free), you will get:
- Ongoing Monthly Tele classes/Webinars
- The rights to use the Noble Manhattan Colour Coaching Colours , Images and Logo
- The rights to purchase all of the Colour Coaching products at the wholesale price instead of retail
- Access to our customer support team
- Access to our exclusive members area with resources and chat rooms
- The ability to upload your details and profile to our nationwide find a coach service
Q. How do I qualify for my Noble Manhattan "Colour Analysis Coach" Qualification?
A. Once you have attended the 3 full days training, you will need to complete 3 full colour coaching sessions in your own time. You will need to send us the relevant Coach Learning Record sheets, in order to receive your Noble Manhattan “Colour Analysis Coach” Certificate from us.
Q. Where are the courses being held?
A. The training courses will be held at one of our carefully selected venues, where we have negotiated excellent B+B rates for you. For further details go to Course Dates/Venues.
Q. How many will attend each course?
A. The numbers are kept to a maximum of 8 to allow plenty of personal contact and for you to get the most from the course.
Q. How do I apply?
A. Your next step is to complete the Registration form. You will see that we get you to ask yourself a few questions before we allow you register. This is because it is really important to us that you consider whether this is the right business for you.
Q. Will there be further Training and Development available for qualified Colour Coaches?
A. Yes, there will be ongoing training and support through the Member’s Area of the website including monthly teleclasses/webinars and blogs/newsletters.We believe that by nurturing your clients through Colour Coaching first and by building a special rapport with them, you will give them the confidence to come back to you time and time again. You will be rewarded in many ways through your Colour Coaching business: Earning a great income, personal fulfilment in helping others gain more confidence and self-esteem and ongoing personal development on your journey of self discovery!
